A quick overview of how the Vestliy works.
Vestliy is a curated private network that connects verified founders with verified investors. We focus on quality, alignment, and trust.
Founders building a real company and investors deploying capital into private companies. Every member is reviewed and approved by the Vestliy team before getting Vestliy access.
You apply, build out your profile, and submit it for review. The Vestliy team checks fit and completeness, and either approves, requests changes, or declines. We aim to be quick and respectful at every step.
Once approved, founders can browse approved investors and investors can browse approved startups. Profiles include thesis, stage, sector, geography, and other details — but never private contact information.
The Vestliy team will coordinate the introduction manually and reach out to both sides. We don’t automatically share contact details — this is a concierge model by design.
No. Email, phone, LinkedIn, and other private contact information are never revealed in the Vestliy or automatically shared after approval.
Not in this version. Vestliy is intentionally a concierge Vestliy: introductions are reviewed and coordinated manually by the team. Messaging, document upload, and data rooms are not part of the current product.
Yes. You can edit your profile any time from your workspace. Significant changes may require another quick review before they appear in the Vestliy.
